Kya, FD

Kya is a large mixed breed dog who was rescued as a five-week-old puppy in 2004 and began flyball training in July 2008.   Motivated by (dirty, drooly) tennis balls, Kya is bound for great flyball success.  Her likes include green beans, carrots, tennis balls and butt scratches.   When she's not enthusiastically chomping on a tennis ball, Kya enjoys lounging around her Orlando apartment with parents Patrick Wilkes-Krier and Whitney Hoyt who love her dearly.

Kya is still in training but she made her racing debut at the March Madness tournament in 2010 and earned her FD.
